LARDER is a planning and calculation tool. It is not a source of professional health advice.
Digitaliqo is not a nutritionist, dietitian, doctor, or other healthcare professional, and holds no certification in nutrition, dietetics, or medicine. Nothing in LARDER or on this website — including recipes, calorie and macronutrient figures, targets, seasonal guides, or any other content — constitutes medical, nutritional, dietary, or health advice, and none of it is a substitute for consulting a qualified professional.
Please speak to a certified professional
Before making changes to your diet, or before relying on LARDER to plan meals, consult a certified or registered dietitian, a qualified nutritionist, or your doctor. This matters especially if you:
- have a medical condition such as diabetes, heart, liver or kidney disease, or high blood pressure
- are pregnant or breastfeeding
- are planning meals for infants, children, or older adults
- take medication that can interact with food
- have, or are recovering from, disordered eating
- have food allergies or intolerances
About the nutrition figures
Nutrition values in LARDER are calculated from a built-in reference database of generic ingredients and from figures you enter yourself. They are estimates. Real values vary with brand, variety, cut, ripeness, growing conditions, portioning, and cooking method. Do not rely on them in situations where accuracy is medically important — for example, carbohydrate counting for insulin dosing. In those situations use the figures on the actual product packaging and follow the guidance of your care team.
Allergies — please read this carefully
LARDER's allergy screening and household allergy flags simply match text against the ingredients you have recorded. They are a convenience feature, not a safety system, and must never be treated as one.
They cannot detect undeclared ingredients, cross-contamination during manufacture or cooking, recipe or formulation changes by a producer, or anything you have not entered yourself. Always read the actual packaging, and where a reaction could be serious, confirm with the manufacturer or your allergist. If you or anyone in your household has a severe allergy, do not depend on this software to keep them safe.
Emergencies
LARDER is not intended for use in emergencies. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency or an allergic reaction, contact your local emergency number or seek immediate medical attention.
