These terms govern your purchase and use of products sold on this store, operated by Digitaliqo (“we”, “us”), based in Cyprus.
1. The product
LARDER is digital content delivered as a downloadable file. After payment you receive a download link on the order confirmation page and by email. Nothing is shipped physically.
2. Licence
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use LARDER on your own devices, for yourself and your household. You may keep backup copies. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, or publicly host the file, or remove any notices from it.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros and include applicable VAT. Payment is processed securely by Shopify Checkout; we never receive or store your card details.
4. Delivery
Delivery is instant and automatic. If a link does not arrive or does not work, contact us and we will re-send it or make it right.
5. Not professional advice
LARDER is a planning and calculation tool. It does not provide medical, nutritional, or dietary advice, and we are not qualified healthcare professionals. Nutrition figures are estimates, and the allergy features are a convenience only and not a safety system. Please read the full Health & Nutrition Disclaimer before relying on the app, and consult a certified dietitian or your doctor about your diet.
6. Your data
LARDER stores your data in your own browser, on your own device. We have no access to it and cannot recover it for you. Keeping backups using the app’s export tools is your responsibility.
7. Warranty and liability
The product is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it reliable, but to the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
8. Refunds
See our Refund Policy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your own country of residence.
