Refund policy

LARDER is an instant digital download. There is nothing to ship and nothing to
physically return.

YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Under EU consumer law you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase.
For digital content that is delivered immediately, that right can be waived, and this
store relies on that waiver.

By completing your purchase you expressly request immediate delivery of the file and
acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the download has begun.
This is shown to you before payment, as the law requires.

WHEN WE WILL REFUND YOU ANYWAY

The waiver above does not affect your statutory rights if the product is faulty or is
not as described. Contact us and we will fix the problem or refund you in full if:

- the download link does not arrive, or does not work
- the file is corrupted or will not open
- the product does not do what this store says it does

We would rather issue a refund than leave you with something broken.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Write to support@digitaliqo.com, or use the contact form at
https://www.digitaliqo.com/pages/contact, with your order number and a short
description of the problem. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days. Approved
refunds are returned to your original payment method within 14 days.
